  • Meet and greet at San José Airport for transfer to a 3-star hotel in the capital city.

  • Monteverde Cloud Forest: Experience the magic of Monteverde’s cloud forest. Walk the misty trails, explore the butterfly gardens, and keep an eye out for the elusive quetzal bird. The canopy tours here are legendary.

Getting Around:


Costa Rica is well-connected by bus, making it easy and affordable to travel between cities and attractions. For more convenience, you can rent a car and enjoy the freedom to explore at your own pace. Domestic flights are also available if you’re short on time and want to hop between the coast and the highlands quickly.

 

Best Time to Visit:

 

Costa Rica is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit is during the dry season from December to April. This is the perfect time for beach days and outdoor adventures, with average temperatures ranging from 27°C to 32°C (81°F to 90°F). The rainy season, from May to November, brings lush, green landscapes and occasional showers, ideal for nature enthusiasts who don’t mind a bit of rain. During this period, temperatures generally hover around 24°C to 29°C (75°F to 84°F).
